Mandate
- Formulate a Frequency Plan to issue frequencies that are to be utilized for broadcasting;
- Oversee all areas related to issuing licenses to the broadcasters;
- Make sure that broadcasters adhere to all regulations related to broadcasting;
- Formulate a code of conduct for broadcasters and uphold it; and
- Advice the Government in all issues related to broadcasting.
