Steering Committee of Broadcasting Commission’s Recreation Club Elected

Members to the steering committee of Faan Recreation Club, the recreation club of Maldives Broadcasting Commission was elected yesterday.

Commissioners and members of staff took part in the voting process where five members were elected to five posts of Faan Club. Aishath Suha, Human Resource Coordinator was elected as the President of the Faan Recreation Club. Bureau Officers Aishath Ahmed and Anisa Mohamed Faiz were elected as the Vice President and Secretary General respectively. Furthermore, Mohamed Zaeem, Monitoring and Engineering Officer was elected as the Treasurer of the club and Public Relation Coordinator Eyman Anwar was elected as the Secretariat.

After the election process the President and Commissioners met the newly formed steering committee of Faan Club to congratulate the new team and also to reiterate on the importance of a recreation club focused on improving employee’s physical and mental well-being.

Faan Recreation Club is a club registered in the Ministry of Home Affairs to promote friendship and social cohesion among employees
