Rebroadcasting Regulation
This Regulation is constituted under the clause. 46 of Broadcasting Act (16/2010), which obligates the formulation of rebroadcasting regulation of Maldives, and ways to monitor and impose the regulations. Moreover, facilitating methods for the Rebroadcast licensees to provide quality services to the viewers/listeners and improve competition and impartiality within licensed Rebroadcasters, along with formulation of tactics and procedures for providing the service and development of the Rebroadcasters.
